Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of experience working with education benefit programs.
• Three or more years of experience in relationship management.
• Five or more years of experience working in a service-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day success of education benefit programs.
• Collaborate with clients to turn goals into effective solutions.
• Leverage technology and AI to improve efficiency and service delivery.
