Job summary

International Scholarship and Tuition Services, Inc. (ISTS) is seeking a Program Administrator to manage the full scholarship program cycle from planning through award administration.

You will support applicants, coordinate with organizations, and continuously improve processes using our technology platforms. This is a remote-friendly role with flexible PTO and a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in relationship management.
• 5+ years of experience in a service-driven environment.

The Program Administrator brings that purpose to life by managing the full scholarship program cycle, from planning and implementation through award administration.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Three (3) or more years of experience in relationship management
• Five (5) or more years of experience working in a service-driven environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong program, process, and workflow management skills
• Ability to interpret and apply scholarship guidelines and eligibility requirements
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to utilize the company’s technology platforms
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency with Office 365 products (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
