Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced strategy consultants to help train a leading AI lab's language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. This fully remote, flexible role offers 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start, and compensation of $100/hour.

You'll own client-ready strategy decks and executive materials, build sensitivity-tested business cases in Excel, and craft high-quality documents and slides.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy with ownership of client-ready strategy decks and executive materials.
• Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks, operating model redesign, and building sensitivity-tested business case models in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Deliver client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials.
• Develop market-entry analyses, operating model redesigns, business case models, and implementation roadmaps.
