Job summary
Lighthouse is seeking a Project Manager for Client Services to lead eDiscovery tasks across data intake, processing, hosting, and production. This remote, 4-day-per-week role (10-hour days) can run Thu-Sun or Fri-Mon, with hours typically 11:00 AM–7:00 PM EST.
Strong PM skills and Relativity experience are essential, with a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in eDiscovery. The role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and bonus eligibility, with flexibility in schedule and location
Qualifications
- 4+ years of work experience with at least two years of eDiscovery experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees are a plus (Masters or JD).
- Relativity experience is required and highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Maintain understanding of eDiscovery concepts and Lighthouse workflows.
- Understand critical paths and tools used to manage Lighthouse workflows.
- Set accurate scope and deadlines with stakeholders.
- Manage the pod’s work request queue and prioritization.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives as identified.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
