Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Project Manager, Client Services (PST or MST strongly preferred) for a full-time, remote role in the US. You will drive eDiscovery projects across data intake, culling, processing, hosting and production, coordinating with internal teams to meet client requests.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience including eDiscovery and Relativity, plus strong analytical and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters or JD a plus.
• 4+ years of work experience with at least two years of eDiscovery experience.
• Relativity experience required.
• Strong analytical and logical skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to interpret varied instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of eDiscovery and tools used in the industry.
• Understand Lighthouse workflows and critical paths to progress work.
• Communicate scope and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Manage the pod’s work request queue.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
