Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Project Manager for Client Services on an Evening Shift (1PM-9PM PST). This remote role in the US requires 4+ years in eDiscovery with Relativity experience.

You will coordinate data intake, processing, hosting, and production workflows and ensure quality checks before client delivery. The position emphasizes managing stakeholder expectations, optimizing Lighthouse workflows, and driving continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Masters or JD is a plus.
• 4+ years of work experience with at least two years in eDiscovery.
• Relativity experience required.
• Strong analytical and logical skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to interpret various instructions.

Responsibilities

• Understand eDiscovery and Lighthouse workflows and tools.
• Develop knowledge of critical paths to progress work through the system.
• Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Manage the pod’s work request queue.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
