Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Project Manager to drive eDiscovery workflows and manage data processing and production tasks. You will ensure work quality and timely delivery, coordinating across departments and stakeholders.

The role requires 4+ years in eDiscovery with Relativity expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving workloads. Relies on collaboration and process improvements within Lighthouse’s offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; JD or Master’s degree a plus.
• 4+ years of work experience with at least two years in eDiscovery.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Experience with Relativity required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an understanding of eDiscovery, market competitors and tools used to support the industry.
• Develop understanding of Lighthouse workflows and tools to manage progress.
• Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Manage the pod’s work request queue.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
