Job summary

Delaney & Bourton is seeking an experienced EDI Analyst / Technical Integrations Specialist to join a large-scale business undergoing a major transformation of its integration landscape, with fully remote / home-based work. You will configure, migrate and support EDI services, APIs and cloud-based integrations, collaborating with ERP systems and external partners to ensure reliable, scalable connections.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience implementing and supporting EDI technologies.
• Experience with EDI standards and technologies such as EDIFACT, TRADACOMS, X12, XML and SFTP.
• Ability to engage customers and suppliers and translate requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and support existing EDI services and integrations.
• Help migrate in-house EDI to a third-party managed service and test integrations with ERP systems.
• Onboard customers and suppliers and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Understand business requirements and translate technical challenges into practical solutions.
• Support reporting, catalogues and elevate IT-wide improvements.
