Job summary

WD-40 Company is seeking a strategic leader to evolve how our core technology environment works—connecting ERP to every system through robust architecture and deliberate roadmaps. You will steer a team across the UK and US, guiding EDI and integration specialists to deliver scalable, reliable integrations for a growing D365 footprint.

You will partner with solutions architects and sit across from them to define what it takes to build it right, with real technical grounding.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fluency with IPaaS platforms and trends in integration.
• Strong understanding of EDI and when to use IPaaS vs API-based approaches.
• Proven ability to build roadmaps and execute them.
• Leadership style that grows teams and aligns people and technology.
• Epicor Kinetic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture connecting our ERP to all systems (EDI, iPaaS, integrations) across expanding D365 footprint.
• Oversee a 12–18 month project to evaluate, select, and modernize EDI/integration tech.
• Manage a technical architect and a team of EDI/integration specialists across UK and US.
• Collaborate with solutions architects to translate business needs into robust integrations.
• Ensure WD‑40's systems work cohesively across regions.
