Tree Top Staffing LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions in a hybrid work setting. You will implement EDI systems, create self-service tools for automation, and collaborate with analysts and engineers to deliver secure, scalable software.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, 1–2 years of experience, and a mix of skills in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, SQL, XML, .NET, and ERP/EDI systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.
• Master's degree in computer science preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in software development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain EDI systems between companies.
• Develop self-service tools to support automation (pricing, reporting).
• Design, code, test, and debug software applications based on requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into design documents.
• Write clean, modular code and follow coding standards.
• Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to ensure quality.
• Work with DevOps to deploy and maintain applications in production.
• Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and improve technical skills.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues and suggest improvements.
