Job summary

RXO is hiring an Analyst, EDI to lead and implement EDI customer integrations, working with customers, business and technology teams. You will design requirements, assist in testing, and drive improvements in EDI mappings and processes.

The role requires strong communication, client-facing service, and collaboration across architecture and operations. On-site Monday-Thursday with remote Fridays at either Chicago or Charlotte offices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
1 year of technical experience in applications support or program/project management.
Client-facing customer service experience.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Answer EDI inquiries from internal and external parties utilizing the EDI support team's ticketing system.
Research root cause and create resolutions for EDI errors, reducing errors over time.
Prioritize EDI fixes and enhancements with business, customers, carriers and third parties.
Design, write requirements, help offshore developers to develop, test and implement EDI solutions.
Review open EDI items with business teams via daily/weekly calls.
Participate in architecture review calls for complex mapping enhancements.
Train internal business colleagues on EDI and EDI systems as required.
