Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, EDI to collaborate with customers and internal teams to design, test, and implement EDI integrations. You will work with architecture and business teams to deliver complex mappings and fixes, while ensuring smooth operation of EDI processes across North America.

The role combines on-site work in Chicago, IL or Charlotte, NC with remote Fridays, offering growth in a fast-paced logistics technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 1 year of technical experience in applications support or program/project management.
• Client-facing customer service experience.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement EDI customer integrations with business and technology teams.
• Research root cause and resolve EDI errors, reducing issues over time.
• Prioritize EDI fixes with partners and RXO business teams.
• Design, write requirements, and assist offshore developers to implement EDI solutions.
• Review open EDI items with business teams and participate in architecture reviews.
• Train colleagues on EDI systems and promote teamwork.
