Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a remote, contract Project Coordinator (EDGAR, SEC) to support the supplemental processing of financial documents for SEC filing. The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and proficiency with HTML editing and Microsoft 365.

This 12‑month contract may extend or convert to permanent, with hours 9:00 PM–6:00 AM Central Time, Monday–Friday, and limited travel for team learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2 years+ in client/customer service.
• 6 months in financial printer experience preferred.
• HTML editing experience required; HTML codes or XBRL a plus.
• High attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with upper management, Board members, Partners/Attorneys.
• Process management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Learn from our customer service team and identify and communicate with clients via email, phone, and other sources of client requests.
• As one of the largest financial printers, fulfill the electronic transmission of client documents to the SEC.
• Be introduced to SEC guidelines and EDGAR specifications to ensure disclosures, with on‑the‑job learning.
• Daily use of Microsoft 365 suite and internal applications.
• Convert Word, Excel, and PDF into HTML format using proprietary software.
• Collaborate with departments to process EDGAR projects until final transmission to the SEC.
