RR Donnelley in Warrenville, IL is seeking an EDGAR Specialist to deliver accurate EDGAR work and customer service. You will convert Word, Excel, PPT and PDF documents into EDGAR compliant formats and file with the SEC, ensuring proper corrections and quality.

The role requires training teammates, coordinating workflow across shifts, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of EDGAR experience required with GoFiler Pro and HTML knowledge.
• Experience locating SEC filings and understanding EDGAR workflows.
• Strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert Word/Excel/PDF to EDGAR compliant formats for SEC filing.
• Communicate SEC requirements and filing deadlines to requestors.
• Coordinate workflow across shifts and train new team members.
• Ensure deadlines are met and supervise quality of output.
• Load and prepare documents, troubleshoot basic issues, and maintain logs.
