Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a remote, contract Project Coordinator (EDGAR, SEC) to process financial documents in HTML for SEC filing. This role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and collaboration across teams, with a 12-month assignment and potential conversion.

You will learn SEC guidelines, edit documents to HTML format, and coordinate with various departments to finalize EDGAR projects, while using Microsoft 365 and proprietary tools from off-site locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years in client/customer service.
• 6 months in financial printer experience preferred.
• HTML editing experience required; HTML codes or XBRL a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with upper management, Board members, Partners/Attorneys.
• Process management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Learn from our world-class customer service team and how to identify and communicate with clients through email, phone, and other sources.
• Serve all client needs to fulfill the electronic transmission of their documents to the SEC.
• Get introduced to SEC guidelines and EDGAR rule specifications for successful client disclosures.
• Daily use of Microsoft 365 suite and internal applications.
• Make revisions to documents from Word, Excel, and PDF into HTML format using our proprietary software.
• Collaborate with departments to process EDGAR projects until final transmission to the SEC.
