Job summary

TalentHackers is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager to streamline growth across our DTC brands. You will own end-to-end supply chain, inventory planning, and backend platforms to keep the front-end fast and reliable.

Work closely with manufacturers, 3PLs, and marketing to coordinate launches, promos, and product changes. A hybrid setup with occasional in-person meetings (DC area) is available.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in DTC, ecommerce, or CPG ops
• Knowledge of 3PLs, supply chains, and Shopify
• Ability to manage vendors and timelines effectively
• Enjoy delivering results over talk; proactive and hands-on
• Thrives in fast-moving startup environments

Responsibilities

• Be the backbone of our ecommerce brands, ensuring inventory flow and alignment with marketing teams.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain from manufacturer to 3PL and prepare purchase orders.
• Oversee daily 3PL communications and fulfillment issues, plus customer service for orders.
• Track inventory levels, report regularly, and forecast needs across channels.
• Maintain backend platforms (Shopify, ReturnLogic, etc.) and ensure cross-channel integrations.
• Support marketing with operational needs for campaigns, launches, and promotions.
• Build scalable systems for growth: inventory planning, FBA, and new product rollouts with 3PL.
• Coordinate custom/print-on-demand orders with printing partners and quotes.
