Job summary

Talent Hackers, LLC is seeking a results-driven Ops Specialist to be the backbone of our ecommerce brands. You will ensure inventory flow, coordinate with marketing on launches, and manage the supply chain from manufacturer to 3PL.

You will oversee 3PL communications, fulfillment issues, and customer service while tracking inventory and forecasting needs across channels. Remote-friendly hybrid setup with occasional in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in DTC, ecommerce, or CPG ops.
• Experience with 3PLs and supply chains.
• Familiarity with Shopify and multichannel platforms.
• Ability to manage vendors, timelines, and launches.
• Experience in fast-moving startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Backbone of ecommerce brands, ensuring inventory flow aligns with marketing launches.
• Manage supply chain from manufacturer to 3PL; prepare purchase orders and coordinate shipping.
• Oversee daily 3PL communication, fulfillment issues, and customer service.
• Track inventory levels, report, and forecast; decide on reorders and FBA allocation.
• Maintain backend platforms (Shopify, ReturnLogic, etc.) and integrate with marketplaces.
• Support marketing with operational needs for campaigns, promos, and product updates.
• Build scalable inventory and product rollout processes with 3PL partners.
• Coordinate custom/print-on-demand orders with printing partners.
