Organics Ocean is seeking a Sr. E-commerce Operations Manager to own and optimize our Shopify-driven DTC ecosystem. You will lead the teams that run operations, governance, and launches with minimal oversight, ensuring precision across all touches from product setup to customer experience.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Care to scale processes, implement SOPs, and leverage AI tools to boost efficiency and accuracy while delivering measurable growth.

Competenze

• 6+ years in E-commerce Operations, preferably DTC or high-growth brands.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects across remote/global teams.
• Experience managing Shopify and Shopify Plus stores.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end e-commerce operations and platform management on Shopify.
• Establish governance with structured release processes (Stage → Approve → Test → Deploy).
• Lead a team of ~5 across UX, Copywriting, Development, and Ecommerce Operations; drive accountability.
