HyperionDev in the United States is seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Lead to refine our course marketing and improve conversion across the website and enrollment journey. You will unite audience insight, course positioning and content with design to create a compelling, consistent experience from discovery to application.

You will partner with paid media, SEO and CRM, manage a small marketing team, and drive measurable growth while maintaining brand identity across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in ecommerce, digital or product marketing with team leadership.
• Proven track record of improving website conversion and driving growth.
• Experience developing product positioning and integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Website Experience & Conversion: improve course pages to drive enrolment.
• Product Marketing & Positioning: craft clear course propositions and messaging.
• Course Launches & Campaigns: lead marketing plans across teams for new/existing courses.
• Brand Management: maintain consistent brand voice across site and campaigns.
• Creative & Team Leadership: lead writers, designers and marketers with clear priorities.
• Customer Journey Optimisation: reduce friction from first interest to enrolment.
• Performance & Reporting: track results and prioritise improvements with impact.
