Dawson is seeking an experienced eCommerce professional to oversee day-to-day operations across Shopify, Amazon, and distributor channels. You will optimize storefronts, run experiments, and drive revenue growth with data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, performance analysis, and seasonal campaign planning, with a fully remote setup and periodic on-site meetings. 5+ years' experience required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eCommerce experience.
• Hands-on Shopify and HubSpot experience (1+ year).
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplaces.
• Experience using Google Analytics to monitor performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present results to leadership.
• Self-starter who can manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day eCommerce operations across Shopify, Amazon, and distributor/retail platforms.
• Optimize Shopify storefronts to improve conversion rates and AOV.
• Run A/B tests and UX improvements to impact revenue and engagement.
• Improve search visibility across search engines and AI platforms.
• Monitor Amazon advertising performance and adjust campaigns.
• Maintain accurate product content, pricing, and promotions across channels.
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to execute campaigns.
