Job summary

Placements24 is sourcing an innovative, data-driven E-commerce Growth Hacker & Social Media Strategist for a fully remote role. You will design, test, and optimize growth strategies across digital channels to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.

In this remote-first position, you will run experiments, analyze performance, and iterate rapidly. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytics and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive scalable e-commerce

Qualifications

• Proven track record in growth hacking, digital marketing, or e-commerce strategy with demonstrable growth.
• Deep understanding of social media marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and CRO.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for a remote role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute experimental growth strategies across all digital touchpoints, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
• Design and implement advanced social media marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and iterate based on data to optimize the customer journey.
• Identify new channels and tactics for growth in line with emerging digital trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, tech) to implement growth initiatives.
• Define, track, and report on key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, Conversion Rates).
