Job summary

D2B is seeking a commercially driven Head of Ecommerce to lead growth across Amazon, DTC and paid digital channels. This remote, contractor-based role reports to the CEO and focuses on owning revenue, profitability, strategy and budgets for an international ecommerce operation.

You will drive multi-market growth, optimize listings, ads and content, and build a lean virtual team to support operations. Strong leadership and hands-on execution are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ecommerce leadership with P&L ownership.
• Deep hands-on Amazon experience (ads, listings, growth).
• Multi-market ecommerce exposure (USA/UK/EU).
• Strong paid social experience (Meta).
• Shopify/DTC growth and retention marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce strategy, P&L, revenue and profitability across channels.
• Lead Amazon growth across USA and UK/EU marketplaces.
• Drive Amazon advertising, listings optimization, reviews and content.
• Lead Shopify/DTC growth, CRO, email/SMS retention, LTV.
• Develop paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube.
• Build affiliate/influencer programs focused on revenue.
