Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Senior Manager of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing for a well-established manufacturer to drive growth across Amazon, D2C, and B2B channels.

You will own revenue, profitability, budgets, and lead a four-person digital team while shaping strategy and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

This role offers remote flexibility and the chance to influence a multi-million dollar online business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, or revenue marketing.
• Proven track record managing ecommerce businesses with annual revenues over $15 million.
• Experience managing large paid media budgets exceeding $1.5 million.
• Direct expertise with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, FBA, and FBM models.
• Experience with both B2B and D2C ecommerce channels.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and accountability for revenue and profitability.
• Strong leadership background with experience developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, profitability, and P&L performance across all digital commerce channels including Amazon and reseller marketplaces.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and growth strategies.
• Lead strategy and execution for digital commerce platforms and marketplaces, optimizing product visibility and market share.
• Oversee customer acquisition, paid media, SEO, email marketing, and digital merchandising initiatives to drive revenue and profitability.
• Manage website platform performance, agency relationships, technology investments, and conversion optimization efforts.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team, setting clear goals and fostering a performance-driven culture focused on continuous improvement and data-based decisions.
