Job summary

Comfrt, a fast-growing DTC brand, seeks a Senior Marketplace Leader to own and scale marketplaces across Amazon and emerging platforms. You will define 1P/3P strategy, manage a full P&L, and drive profitable growth while maintaining brand integrity across multi-marketplaces.

You will partner with Paid Media, Marketing, Ops, Finance, CX, Data & Insights to align portfolio strategy with enterprise goals. This is a fully remote, international-facing leadership role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in marketplaces, 5+ years running Amazon at scale with P&L ownership past $100M GMV.
• Hands-on fluency in 1P/3P strategy, FBA/FBM/AWD, catalog/compliance management.
• Experience launching a new marketplace or channel (Faire or international).
• Track record building and leading a team across ops, media, and catalog.

Responsibilities

• Own marketplace GMV, contribution margin, and profitability; partner with Finance to control P&L.
• Anchor Amazon portfolio with 1P/3P, FBA/FBM/AWD; prioritize and launch new marketplaces like Faire.
• Build and manage annual operating plans, forecasts, and inventory strategy.
• Decide participation in tentpole events (Prime Day, Walmart Deals, Holiday) balancing growth and profitability.
• Partner with leadership to align marketplace strategy with DTC, brand, and enterprise goals.
• Build and grow marketing across FAIRE and other platforms.
• Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment across fulfillment models.
• Monitor in-stock rate, IPI score, stranded inventory, aged SKUs; optimize supply chain.
• Ensure platform compliance, Brand Registry, protect IP; monitor platform changes.
