Job summary

Hadley Designs is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to own how we source, vet, and close top talent across roles from ecommerce operators to senior leaders. You will design and run an end-to-end recruiting engine, delivering a strong top of funnel and a fair candidate experience, with autonomy to shape processes and AI-enabled tools.

You will lead first-round interviews, manage external recruiting partners to our standards, and be the face of Hadley Designs to candidates, excelling on

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in remote or ecommerce organizations.
• Proven track record hiring across marketing, operations, Amazon, ecommerce, product, and leadership roles.
• Confidence and presence on camera, and comfort representing a brand to candidates.
• Experience running structured interviews, test projects, and case studies.
• Outbound sourcing experience with expert LinkedIn and Workable skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting pipeline management across multiple channels, filtering for fit and red flags.
• Run Culture Index, case studies, and first-round interviews; manage candidate experience end-to-end.
• Sourcing channel optimization and always-on shortlists for high-leverage roles.
• Manage outside recruiting partners to Hadley Designs' standards and terms.
• Develop new talent channels and reach through online communities.
