Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a mid-level E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist who will own Klaviyo-driven campaigns and automation workflows. You will partner with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social to deliver data-driven lifecycle programs and facilitate client conversations.

You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of email programs, while mentoring teammates and shaping best practices across the Email and Automation Team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• Klaviyo experience required (2+ years).
• Experience leading strategy for an E-commerce brand.
• Familiarity with ESPs and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Review monthly performance reports and provide insights and recommendations.
• Manage all elements of email marketing initiatives, calendars, and programs.
• Own client relationships and define campaign vision with delivery by the team.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders.
