829 Studios is seeking a mid-level E-Commerce E-mail Marketing Strategist on the Inbound Team to own Klaviyo workflows and lifecycle programs, and to drive performance reviews with clients.

You will collaborate with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social, manage calendars and cross-functional projects, and act as a thought leader in Email and Automation at a fast-paced agency. Strong communication, time management, and a mentor mindset are essential.

Formación

• 4+ years in email marketing, agency experience preferred.
• Klaviyo expertise with end-to-end lifecycle programs.
• Experience leading strategy for an e-commerce brand.
• Familiar with major ESPs and automation technologies.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and client engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules and budgets.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with insights and recommendations.
• Manage email programs, calendars, and campaigns.
• Own client relationships and campaign vision.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns.
