You will supervise Clinical Managers and Care Managers, ensuring contract goals, regulatory compliance, and accurate billing. This role requires strong leadership, remote supervision experience, and willingness to travel quarterly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years of care management and remote supervisory experience.
• Ability to support Pacific Time hours and travel quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee Vynca's Enhanced Care Management program.
• Manage Cal AIM performance, provider collaboration, and care teams.
• Supervise Clinical Managers, Lead Care Managers, and support staff.
