Vynca Inc. is seeking an ECM Clinical Manager to oversee clinical staff and coordinate care management for patients with complex needs. This remote role includes direct care management as needed and travel for training and meetings.

You will supervise a 10–15 person ECM team, ensure high-quality enrollments and care plans, and collaborate with PCP and BH clinicians. The role requires you to drive KPIs and provide clinical sign-offs and IDT leadership.

Qualifications

• Willing and able to work Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Pacific Time, with flexibility for potential evenings and weekends.
• Active, unrestricted LCSW or LMFT license in California required.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.
• 2 years of people management experience. 4 years preferred.
• 2-3 years of care management experience.
• 1-2 years of post-acute experience.
• Proven, results-driven leader with experience in change management in rapid-growth environments.
• Strong organizational and independent working skills.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills, including conflict resolution techniques.
• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of approximately 10-15 direct reports under the ECM team to ensure high-quality enrollments and care management services.
• Oversee client outreach, enrollments, and the creation of Individual Care Plans, assessing if clients' needs can be managed by an ECM Lead Care Manager; serve as an escalation point when necessary.
• Drive the team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) effectively.
• Collaborate with the Director(s) of Enhanced Care Management to implement changes and process improvements.
• Provide clinical oversight approximately 30% of the time, including supervision of clinical staff, clinical sign-offs, oversight of care plans, leading IDT meetings, and serving as a clinical consultant for complex clinical cases.
• Provide direct care management as needed to support organizational goals.
• Travel up to 20-25% may be required for training, meetings, and other business needs.
