Job summary

Vynca Inc. is seeking an ECM Clinical Manager to oversee clinical and operational aspects of Enhanced Care Management, leading a team of 10–15 staff and ensuring high-quality enrollments and care plans.

You will coordinate with PCPs and BH clinicians, guide staff performance, and support organizational goals through clinical oversight and process improvements. The role requires an active CA license (LCSW/LMFT), 2–3 years of care management, and 2 years of people management in a remote-capable

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LCSW or LMFT license in California required.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.
• 2 years of people management experience; 4 years preferred.
• 2-3 years of care management experience.
• 1-2 years of post-acute experience.
• Proven, results-driven leader with change-management experience.
• Strong organizational and independent working skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills; conflict resolution techniques.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of approximately 10-15 direct reports under the ECM team to ensure high-quality enrollments and care management services.
• Oversee client outreach, enrollments, and creation of Individual Care Plans; escalate when needed.
• Drive the team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with Directors of ECM to implement changes and process improvements.
• Provide clinical oversight about 30% of the time: supervise staff, sign-offs, oversee care plans, lead IDT meetings, act as clinical consultant.
