Job summary

Vynca Inc. is seeking a Director of Enhanced Care Management to lead the ECM program, align CalAIM performance with SLAs, and drive strategic growth. You will supervise Clinical Managers, Consultants, and Lead Care Managers while shaping policies and workflows to improve access and outcomes.

This role supports the VP of Clinical Operations and collaborates across plans and providers. You will oversee billing, data accuracy, program evaluation, and staff training, with travel quarterly to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of people management experience in similar environments.
• Remote workforce and/or multi-site supervisory experience required.
• 3+ years of care management experience; knowledge of managed care programs (e.g., Medicare, Medi-Cal) preferred.
• Experience with Enhanced Care Management programs preferred.
• Proven with P&L responsibility and business leadership.
• Strong organizational skills to drive meetings and outcomes.
• Self-directed, entrepreneurial leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google applications.
• Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel quarterly for leadership meetings and staff training.
• Experience with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Refine and implement ECM program policies and procedures.
• Supervise Clinical Managers, Lead Care Managers, and Support Staff.
• Oversee day-to-day ECM program operations.
• Ensure CalAIM program performance and SLAs are met.
• Ensure records, data, and billing compliance.
• Oversee assessments, care planning, and transition plans.
• Oversee staffing and staff training; run EHR reports.
• Oversee claims submission, denials, and payments.
• Engage with health plans, vendors, and regulators as needed.
• Develop KPIs and monitor team performance against goals.
• Manage P&L and report monthly results.
• Collaborate with leadership for referral management and patient onboarding.
• Promote company culture and core values; travel as needed.
