Strike Social is seeking a Sales Director for the East Coast to drive new business, revenue growth, and leadership in digital advertising. This remote east coast role reports to the Managing Director, North America, and requires a proven hunter with deep agency and brand connections.

You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, collaborating across Meta, TikTok and YouTube products, while building a robust client pipeline and exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital media sales experience with brands/agencies.
• Existing relationships with senior media decision makers.
• Ambitious self-starter who excels as a hunter.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed revenue goals and KPIs.
• Develop and close new business to expand the client base.
• Fully leverage Strike Social platform across Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to exceed targets.
• Nurture executive relationships within targeted accounts.
