Sunlight Financial, LLC is seeking a Director of Business Development to create and own a new contractor account pipeline on the East Coast, including building relationships and onboarding contractors to Sunlight’s platform. A strong home services network or the ability to generate pipeline in a new industry is essential.

You’ll identify opportunities, manage the full lifecycle from outreach to onboarding, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure long-term lending growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of home improvement business development experience with channel partnerships.
• Strong home services network or ability to enter a new industry and build a pipeline.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet contractors.
• Hunter mindset with drive to win new business and achieve results.

Responsabilidades

• Build the East Coast pipeline by identifying high-value opportunities across the home improvement market.
• Drive new partnership acquisition with medium and large contractors and other strategic prospects.
• Own the business development process from outreach through onboarding and launch.
• Present Sunlight’s products and value proposition in a consultative way tailored to partners’ needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Represent Sunlight in the market by attending events and meetings to grow presence on the East Coast.
