Illuminate USA is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across the Eastern United States. You will build and manage relationships with solar developers, EPCs, utilities, and distributors, guiding opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B solar sales, a strong network in the industry, and the ability to coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to fulfill orders and close deals. Travel across the East Coast is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Experience selling solar modules or related renewable energy products.
• Established relationships with solar developers, EPCs, utilities, distributors, or similar customers.
• Proven success managing large, complex sales opportunities and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience developing regional sales strategies and delivering reliable forecasts.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. solar market and buying processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to travel regularly across the East Coast.

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with revenue and profitability goals.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities throughout the East Coast territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with solar developers, EPCs, utilities, independent power producers, distributors, and other strategic customers.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to contract closing.
• Develop a strong pipeline and maintain accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer requirements and contract execution.
• Represent Illuminate USA in meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Maintain CRM records with accurate customer, pipeline, and activity data.
