Qualifications

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience.
• Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health license per state regulations.
• 24x7x365 call center coverage required; holiday coverage expected.
• Experience facilitating patient/client positive behavior change.
• Experience handling mental health, psychiatric care, family and relationship concerns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, counseling in a call center.
• Conduct risk, substance use, and mental health assessments with safety plans.
• Recommend appropriate levels of care based on assessment findings.
• Collaborate with team to ensure continuity of care and care planning.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete documentation per policy and regulations.
• Multitask to document while assisting callers and using tools.
