Qualifications

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience.
• Valid unrestricted independent behavioral health clinical license per state regulations.
• 24x7x365 call center coverage and holiday coverage.
• Experience in facilitating positive behavior change.
• Experience with mental health, psychiatric care or family situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, counseling and information in a call center.
• Develop immediate action/safety plans based on urgency.
• Recommend appropriate levels of care based on assessment.
• Collaborate with members to understand needs and linkage to resources.
• Document accurately meeting risk management and regulatory requirements.
