CVS Health Corporation seeks an experienced EAP Clinical Counselor for Aetna Mental Well-being. The role delivers 24/7 telehealth support via video, chat, or phone, focused on timely, high-quality mental health care for members nationwide. Fully remote in the USA with 40 hours weekly.

The position requires a Master's in behavioral health counseling, a current unrestricted license, and 1+ year of crisis intervention experience, with weekend/holiday coverage as part of a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

1+ years of crisis intervention experience.
Valid unrestricted independent behavioral health clinical license to practice per state regulations.
24x7x365 call center coverage needed; holiday coverage is expected.
Experience in facilitating patient/client positive behavior change.

Responsibilities

Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, counseling and informational services in a call center environment.
Provide risk, substance abuse and mental health assessments to develop immediate action/safety plans.
Understand various levels of care to aid in appropriate recommendation of care.
Collaborate with members to understand needs and align with their theory of change.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to enterprise policies; document accurately per risk management requirements.
Handle multitasking during calls while documenting and using tools.
