Job summary

AllOne Health Company is hiring an Intake Specialist to work remotely in a full-time, non-exempt role. The position runs Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM EST.

This is an entry-level opportunity focused on initial client contact, data entry, and connecting clients with counselors and resources. Responsibilities include logging calls, assessing client needs, and routing to appropriate staff while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Excellent IT applications and database skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Professional call center/scheduling experience a plus.
• Must have a reliable internet connection with sufficient bandwidth.
• Strong customer service commitment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook & Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Answer initial client calls and assess needs for EAP services.
• Input demographic information into the EAP Expert system accurately.
• Transfer distressed clients to on-staff counselors when needed.
• Complete EAP Intake Forms in the database.
• Connect clients to affiliate providers or EAP staff for services.
• Provide information and referrals to internal subject matter experts.
