AllOne Health is seeking an EAP Work-Life Specialist to work remotely on a full-time basis. The role centers on serving as the primary case manager for Work/Life clients, emphasizing elder care resources and related support services.

The position involves handling intakes, referrals, and confidential client communications with a strong emphasis on safety and quality service. You will join a team delivering counseling, wellness resources, and work-life assistance through our Employee Assistance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in social work, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience with elder care is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary case manager for Work/Life clients.
• Provide resources for elder care, child care, household services, travel services, wellness information, and more.
• Screen for safety issues and connect clients to on-call counselors as needed.
• Complete work life intakes using the EAP database system.
• Offer referrals to subject matter experts in legal, financial, and work-life areas.
