Job summary

AllOne Health is seeking an Intake Specialist to work remotely on a full-time, non-exempt schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM EST. This entry-level position involves answering initial client calls, inputting demographic information, and connecting clients with on-staff counselors when needed.

Responsibilities include filing EAP intake forms, coordinating with affiliates, and guiding clients to resources. Strong IT and customer-service skills are essential, with a reliable 50 Mbps download/10 Mbps

Qualifications

• Excellent IT applications and database skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Professional call center/scheduling experience a plus.
• Must have a reliable internet connection with minimum speeds.
• Strong customer service commitment.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook & Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Remain actively logged into on-call telephone queues as assigned to fulfill duties.
• Use frontline customer service skills to determine client needs for EAP services.
• Screen for safety issues and high-risk concerns and connect clients to counselors when needed.
• Complete EAP Intake Forms in the EAP Expert database system.
• Assign EAP staff or affiliates to client cases when appropriate.
• Connect clients to affiliate providers or EAP staff for services.
• Provide information and referrals to experts on legal, financial, and work-life topics.
