CVS Health Corporation is seeking an experienced EAP Clinical Counselor for the Aetna Mental Wellbeing program, delivering 24/7 telephone/video/online support to members across the United States.

The role requires a Master's degree in behavioral health, a current independent license, and crisis intervention experience. It is fully remote in the USA with a 40-hour work week and benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Evening and weekend shifts are part of a 24x7 operation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience.
• Valid unrestricted independent behavioral health clinical license to practice per state regulations.
• 24x7x365 call center coverage needed; holiday coverage expected.
• Experience facilitating patient/client positive behavior change.
• Experience handling mental health, psychiatric care, and family situations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, counseling and information in a call center.
• Conduct risk, substance use and mental health assessments to determine safety plans.
• Identify levels of care and guide linkage to resources for stress alleviation.
• Collaborate with professionals to support positive outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain documentation with confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
