CVS Health is seeking an EAP Clinical Counselor to provide 24/7 mental health support to members via video, chat, or phone. This fully remote role requires licensure and strong crisis intervention skills, with responsibilities including assessment, safety planning, and resource linkage.

The position emphasizes collaboration with a team of professionals, strict confidentiality, and accurate documentation to ensure high-quality care across the United States.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience.
• 24x7x365 call center coverage needed; holiday coverage expected.
• Experience in facilitating patient/client positive behavior change.
• Experience in handling mental health, psychiatric care, family situations and relationship concerns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, counseling and informational services in a call center environment.
• Develop immediate action/safety plans based on urgency; assess risk, substance use and mental health.
• Collaborate with professionals to support continuity of care and linkage to resources.
• Maintain documentation to meet risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Protect confidentiality per enterprise and EAP policies.
