CVS Health is recruiting for an EAP Clinical Counselor to deliver 24/7 remote mental health support across the United States. The role focuses on assessment, counseling, and information provision via video, chat, or phone, coordinating care and resources for members in need.

Responsibilities include triage, safety planning, and connecting members with appropriate levels of care while maintaining strict confidentiality and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience.
• 24x7x365 call center coverage required; holiday coverage expected.
• Experience facilitating patient/client positive behavior change.
• Experience handling mental health, psychiatric care, family situations and relationship concerns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, counseling and informational services in a call center setting.
• Develop immediate action/safety plans based on urgency and risk.
• Identify appropriate levels of care and guide members to resources.
• Collaborate with a professional team to ensure positive clinical outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality per policy and regulatory requirements.
