Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple e-referral systems for new referrals and alerts.
• Check email requests to pull referrals from referral systems and follow up.
• Scan documents to determine eligibility for services.
• Track referral status and provide weekly updates.
• Communicate with branch, sales, and leadership for status updates.
• Maintain ERST log and ROC decisions.
• Uphold productivity standards and regulatory compliance.
• Follow company policies and best practices.
