Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience with EPIC systems and eReferral portals is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple e-referral systems to identify new referrals and manage alerts and notifications.
• Monitor email for requests to pull referrals from all applicable referral systems; perform follow-up and manage communication.
• Scan documentation to determine patient eligibility for services.
• Monitor status of all referrals and report status weekly.
• Communicate with branch, sales, and leadership for status updates and decisions.
• Daily management of ERST log with referrals and ROC decisions.
• Maintain productivity levels per assignment and standards.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
