Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Typing speed of 40+ words per minute or more.
• Ability to comprehend and apply basic math for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong logical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to follow strict timelines and communicate with management.
• Attention to detail across multiple systems.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsabilités

• Monitor multiple e-referral systems to identify new referrals and manage alerts.
• Monitor email for requests to pull referrals and manage follow-up communications.
• Scan documentation to determine patient eligibility for services.
• Track status of referrals and provide weekly status updates.
• Communicate with branch, sales, and leadership for updates and decisions.
• Maintain ERST log with referrals and ROC decisions.
• Maintain productivity and comply with departmental standards.
• Follow regulatory compliance areas, policies and procedures.
