Humana, Inc. seeks an E-Referral Specialist for part-time 29 hours/week, primarily remote. You will be the initial contact for referrals, handle data collection, documentation, compliance, and follow-up throughout the referral process, supporting continuity of care.

You will monitor multiple systems, manage alerts, and communicate with internal teams to keep referrals moving. Strong typing, English fluency, and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Typing speed 40 wpm or more.
• Ability to understand basic math for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under strict timelines.
• Excellent attention to detail across multiple systems.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor multiple e-referral systems to identify new referrals and manage alerts.
• Monitor email for requests to pull referrals and follow up on communications.
• Scan documentation to determine patient eligibility for services.
• Track referrals and ROC decisions; provide weekly status reports.
• Communicate status updates with branch, sales, and leadership.
• Daily management of ERST log with referrals and decisions.
• Maintain productivity aligned with standards and policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
