Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Typing speed 40 wpm or more.
• Able to analyze data and generate reports using basic math.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple e-referral systems and manage alerts.
• Process referrals, contact sources, and follow up on decisions.
• Scan documentation for eligibility and maintain ERST log.
• Communicate status updates with branches and leadership by email/phone.
• Maintain productivity and comply with regulatory policies.
