This remote role supports the initial contact point for referrals, handles data collection, documentation, compliance, and follow-up on the referral process and decisions. The role requires accurate data handling, strong communication across management levels, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typing speed of 40+ wpm.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams).
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple e-referral systems to identify new referrals and manage alerts.
• Monitor emails for requests to pull referrals and perform follow-up communications.
• Scan documentation to determine patient eligibility for services.
• Track status of referrals and provide weekly status updates.
• Communicate with branch, sales, and leadership for status updates.
• Maintain ERST log with referrals and ROC decisions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain productivity levels as per department standards.
