This full-time remote role reports to the E-Referral Supervisor and requires strong typing, MS Office proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple systems while meeting timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Can type 40 words per minute or more.
• Comprehend and apply basic math for data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Fluent English, good communication and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple e-referral systems to identify new referrals and manage alerts.
• Monitor email for requests to pull referrals and perform follow-up communications.
• Scan documentation to determine patient eligibility for services.
• Follow up on referral status and report weekly on progress.
• Communicate with branch, sales, and leadership for updates and decisions.
• Maintain the ERST log with referrals and ROC decisions.
• Maintain productivity and comply with policies and procedures.
